端午回去了一趟，感到特别的一种安静，一是因为已是夏初，每个季节的味道对我来说都是不同的，另一个是整个村子极少有年轻人回来。我最近又把那几天的感觉跟日本联系在了一起，虽然没去过日本，但是从日本的一些电影中可以感受到那种氛围。例如《菊次郎的夏天》《步履不停》，更准确的我第一个想起来的竟然是《入殓师》。

极致跋涉

I bring a lot of my own baggage into these trips, and I'm looking for my own Spirituality and I'm looking for my own Peace. And I'm looking from a deeper level of my own  understanding, both about how I want to live and how I see myself living in this world.

It's an incredible process of really understanding where your limitations are. And a chance to connect with nature and connect with beautiful places.

To come here and do this, it's really been a dream come true.

Nature, it can reach absolutely anyone and inspire anyone, I think that whether you're Buddhist or born or Hindu or Muslim or anything. you will get something from pushing yourself, physically, mentally and emotionally around these amazing mountains and these inspiring landscapes.

And to be able to get off the grid and to just walk is a very spiritual thing.
